Program Calendar and Snow Day Policy

Holidays
We close for the following major holidays: News Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and the day after Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We also close at noon the day before Thanksgiving.

Parent/Teacher Conferences and Teacher Trainings
We close on Veteran’s Day and Patriot’s Day for parent/teacher conferences and teacher trainings.

On inclement weather days the center will always make every effort to remain open. If the town in which the center operates declares a school closing, then the center will delay opening for one hour.

The center does not close for any snow days unless it has been declared a State of Emergency, not merely a city or town emergency. If for any reason conditions are a concern, parents will be notified of an early closing.
