The Gratitude Game

Did you know gratitude is something you can practice? And it’s so much fun to practice it with other people.

In this fun group game, you’ll get a chance to think about everything you are thankful for.

Instructions:

1. Take turns rolling the dice.

2. When you roll a number, match it up with the categories below and share something related to that category. For example, if you roll a 2, then share your favorite food.

3. Have fun!

Categories:

1 – A person you care about

2 – A favorite food

3 – A place you love to be or visit

4 – A movie or TV show that makes you laugh

5 – A book you love to read

6 – A sport or activity you enjoy

STEM Lab

Write a Note of Gratitude

Ms. Monica explains how you can write a note of thanks to a family member or friend. The note can be from you or you can even write one on behalf  of a pet that your family takes care of.  Happy writing!
