Here are FAQs about our in-person programs during Rose Tree Media Schools’ blended learning phase.
Unfortunately no. There is no space available in the school building during the day to operate a Full Day program. All spaces are being utilized to maintain social distancing guidelines.
Full Day is available for school holidays and in-service (staff training) days in which the building is not “closed”. You can view the school calendar by visiting their website. Full Day programs occur at Indian Lane Elementary for all students in RTMSD.
The school is dividing students in cohorts by last name. Cohort A: last names A-K attend in person Mondays, Wednesdays, and alternating Fridays. Cohort B: last names L-Z attend in person Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays. See the schools Restart Plan for more information. If you are uncertain which cohort your children are in, please contact your school.
Calendar and Drop-in services have been suspended for Before School and After School care due to state guidelines for childcare centers operating during COVID-19 pandemic. Calendar and Drop-in services for Before and After care will not be provided until further notice.
Yes, families will only be charged for the days their cohort is in session.
During the day our program space is in use by the school, so we are unable to offer half-day options. Kindergarten students’ schedules match with one of our sessions depending on which part of the day they attend school. AM Kindergarten students can attend our before school program and PM Kindergarten students can attend our after school program. Kindergarten students can also participate in our Full Days and Early Release Days.
