Q: I only need before or after school care 1 day per week, can my child attend 1 of their cohort days?

No, at this time we require families to commit to all days of before and after school care for their child’s cohort. Full Days allow for 1 day per week options using “Full Day Calendar”

Q: My Kindergarten Student needs half-day care, do you offer this option?

During the day our program space is in use by the school, so we are unable to offer half-day options. Kindergarten students' schedules match with one of our sessions depending on which part of the day they attend school. AM Kindergarten students can attend our before school program and PM Kindergarten students can attend our after school program. Kindergarten students can also participate in our Full Days and Early Release Days.

Q: The Fridays for my Cohort are alternating, do the Friday enrollment options account for this?

Yes, families will only be charged for the days their cohort is in session.

Q: I am not sure which cohort my child is in, how should I enroll?

The school is dividing students in cohorts by last name. Cohort A: last names A-K attend in person Mondays, Wednesdays, and alternating Fridays. Cohort B: last names L-Z attend in person Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays. See the schools Restart Plan for more information. If you are uncertain which cohort your children are in, please contact your school.

Q: If I am enrolled in Half Day, but I find out I need care that day until 3:00pm, can my child stay later?

Yes, however you will be charged a drop-in fee for the Full Day rate. To avoid this fee, you must enroll in advance for the Full Day option.
